Assists Personal Lines sales teams and respective agencies with defined operational and administrative tasks. Using defined procedures, processes various agency incentive payouts. Maintains electronic agency files while monitoring and verifying licenses and appointments.
What You’ll Do:
As an Agency Sales Support Assistant, you will assist our Personal Lines sales teams and respective agencies in providing operational and administrative support. You will do this by:

Process agent additions, changes, and/or terminations into the appropriate systems.

Obtains and verifies agent licenses and appointments, and ensures all pertinent documents are current and filed.

Respond to calls, emails, etc. from agents, or internal customers and resolve routine questions or issues from those individuals.

Communicate any irregularities to supervisor and/or team specialists.
What it Takes:

Associate degree or equivalent work experience

Effective organizational, oral, and written communication skills

Keyboard and math skills
-
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to effectively interact with co-workers and work in a team environment.
