About the Position
Bridg is seeking an Agency Lead to join our fast-growing agency sales organization and be a foundational contributor across two new agency strategies focused on Bridg (identity resolution) and Rippl (retail data). The ideal candidate will be a strategic, creative thinker who is self-motivated and goal-oriented. We are looking for high-performing sales leaders with strong agency relationships and a firm understanding of agency needs, problems and goals. The Agency Lead will create advocacy amongst Programmatic, Platform, Data, Commerce, Strategy and/or Media stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption of our suite of commerce solutions. In this role, you will arm agencies with knowledge, tools and opportunities to sell through unique identity resolution capabilities, programmatic purchase-based audiences, direct sales measurement and unique business insights to their clients. You must be adept at identifying and pursuing agency opportunities, leveraging data driven insights, and developing curated solutions that address client objectives. You are passionate about selling innovative solutions that make a significant and measurable impact on your customer’s bottom line.
Responsibilities:

Leverage your experience in digital media sales to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Develop an agency business plan including strategies and tactics to expand business and lock in MSAs/JBPs

Generate a robust pipeline with a focus on national programmatic and retail media opportunities (Rippl)

Secure buy in of identity resolution tools across Big 5 and performance agencies (Bridg)

Drive revenue growth via strategic alliances, education, client partnering and ideation

Uncover business problems and solve through our ability to deliver on performance and ROI

Establish effective relationships and become a trusted advisor for stakeholders at all levels

Seek out thought leadership opportunities to further establish yourself and Rippl/Bridg as industry experts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, taking a solutions-oriented approach

Secure and disseminate agency market feedback to inform both GTM position and Product/Marketing/Leadership prioritization
Minimum Qualifications
-
5+ years of meeting and exceeding digital advertising revenue targets
-
Experience buying and/or selling programmatic/commerce/retail media campaigns
-
Breaking and growing new business at both the agency and HoldCo level
-
Strong network of agency buyers and influencers
-
Experience selling across key verticals (CPG, Retail, Restaurant, Gas, Grocery)

Comfortable with business and media performance metrics

Ability to influence decisions across all agency stakeholders through excellent listening, verbal/written communication and presentation skills

Compensation
At Cardlytics salary ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, and location. Individual compensation may be determined by relevant skills, experience, education, training, and other role-specific criteria. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of the aforementioned factors.The base salary range provided below does not include bonuses and additional benefits.
The annual US base salary range for this role is:
$150,000 - $165,000
