Job Description:

  • The incumbent is responsible for establishing the MDRT Culture of the company, taking on initiatives ensuring there will be growth in MDRT qualifiers year in year out.

This includes executing events, incentives and recognition, creation of monitoring tools, providing analytics to the stakeholders which involves collaboration with backroom support teams such as Ops, Marketing, Distribution Analytics, Finance, IT, BTO, NMD, CX, etc.

  • - Act as the point person for the events and activities that will lead to increasing the engagement level of the agency force, as well as the Distribution Team. Examples of events for the agency force are as follows: NBMs Quarterly Huddle, NBMs Christmas Party, Macaulay Push, Macaulay Gig, Sun MDRT Day, First of Many Event, Road to Maple Leaf PH, etc. Examples of events for Distribution Team are as follows: SSAs Meeting, Distribution Townhall and Christmas Party.
  • - Develop engaging materials, programs to increase activity ratio of advisors on a monthly basis.

Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre)

  • Preferably with extensive background in Marketing
  • Visionary
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and other design apps/software e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop
  • Has excellence communication and writing skills
  • Preferably has worked for an insurance company or other financial institution
