The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco: 

As an Agency Development Manager you will operate as a strategic partner, developing long-term relationships with our agency clients, driving product adoption and growth across a portfolio of agency-managed accounts.  You will drive new Ad Agency/client/advertiser development, fundamentally helping shape how our Agency business grows.  

The Opportunity: 

  • Collaborate and consult with agencies to extend relationships, increase our customer and agency base, and optimize their advertising investment.
  • Deliver against assigned goals and KPIs, while prioritizing and delivering an excellent experience to key agency partners.
  • Own a portfolio of agencies, driving revenue by analyzing data trends and customer performance, developing strategic business plans, and preparing and conducting strategic pitches and business presentations.
  • Work across all levels of agency partners to grow new and existing business, prioritizing and delivering outstanding business experiences.
  • Build compelling, data-driven, long-term agency plans by leveraging market insights and research.  
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to identify account growth opportunities, and onboard new advertisers.
  • Be an ongoing, trusted thought partner for the Management team regarding strategic initiatives and agency-level planning.
  • Travel as needed to meet clients and to key industry events and conferences.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me? 

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Critical thinking, curiosity for digital marketing and passion for winning.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
  • Great communication skills both in writing and in-person.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Established relationships and presence with performance agencies.
  • Knowledge of digital agency business models, customer retention, growth and new business acquisition for agencies.
  • Mobile performance and programmatic advertising sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in a sales context, and consistently overachieve goals and business objectives to drive growth
  • Experience improving business relationships and successfully developing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.

Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Compensation Range:

$95,000$142,000 USD
