Description

You join a dynamic Service organization dedicated to maintaining critical power infrastructures. Under the management of the Service Manager, you ensure the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of UPS systems while delivering outstanding customer support.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site service interventions at customer locations throughout Poland.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on UPS systems and related products.
- Install and commission UPS equipment, battery systems, and associated solutions.
- Replace batteries and conduct discharge and performance testing.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors when required on customer projects.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate information within the CRM system.
Qualifications
Must have
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field. Technical diploma with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in the installation, commissioning, or maintenance of power supply systems.
- Good command of English for professional communication.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently across Poland.
