We are looking for a motivated Affiliate Marketing Operations Specialist to join our vibrant newly created Affiliate Business Unit. The Affiliate Marketing Operations Manager will play a key role in the team managing merchants visibility and promotional information on Scalapay websites, liaising externally with Affiliate Networks and internally with Account, Product and Marketing Departments. Additionally, the Affiliate Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for analysing data, optimising performance and suggesting initiatives to enhance affiliate productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage merchants visibility on all sections of the Italian, French and Spanish App and Website, liaising with Account Management, Marketing and Onboarding Teams
- Manage merchants promotional information in order to make sure it’s always up to date
- Manage the display of the merchants assets on Scalapay’s Website and App
- Manage promotional banners on all sections of the Italian, French and Spanish App and Website
- Support in sales analysis and optimisation of partner visibility in all relevant sections
- Support in liaising with Affiliate Networks to highlight relevant issue (tracking issues, rejections, performances of advertisers etc)
- Track merchants conversion and streamline promotional activities.
- Support in managing marketing activities of affiliates on the APP and Website to optimise performances with a revenue driven approach
- Brainstorm, suggest, and implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, creating new growth opportunities, and increasing ROI
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian
- Previous working experience within the online sector is mandatory
Must Have:
- bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or online advertising
- basic understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and tools
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- strong analytical skills
- ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work in in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated
Nice to Have:
- Fluent in French and/or Spanish
- Knowledge of Algolia, Sanity and Webflow
- Strong analytical and reporting skills. Proficiency with numbers and Excel
- Past experience of working in an Affiliate Network, Catalog or Aggregator company
- Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build solid relationships
- Outstanding organisational skills, ability to plan and prioritise daily tasks
- Strong attention to detail
