The Role

The Nigeria Affiliate Manager will be based in Lagos and report to the Country Manager (Nigeria). As the Affiliate Manager for Nigeria at LiveScore Group, you will be at the forefront of expanding our brand's presence in the Nigerian market through strategic affiliate partnerships. Positioned within the Marketing team, your primary objective is to drive user acquisition and foster long-term relationships with key affiliates, onboard new affiliates contributing directly to LiveScore Group's  growth trajectory. This role demands a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution to optimize affiliate channels and campaigns

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire New Partners: Engage in negotiations and optimize deals to bring in new affiliate partners.
  • Identify Acquisition Channels: Develop business cases and execute campaigns through new channels.
  • Business Reporting: Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to track market performance.
  • Promotional Campaigns and Growth Strategies: Implement effective promotional campaigns and growth strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Handle heavy business KPIs reporting and presentation.
  • Proactive Account Management: Offer solutions to affiliate partners and suggest ideas to increase revenue through various marketing tactics.
  • Manage Ad-Serving & Campaign-Tracking Platforms: Oversee the ad-serving and campaign-tracking platform.
  • Monetize Partnerships: Drive monetisation through major affiliates and publishers.
  • Affiliate Platform CRM & Budget Management: Manage CRM, commissions, and budget allocation for the affiliate platform.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competition and trends in the affiliate marketing industry.
  • Bonus Incentive Schemes: Create and implement bonus incentive schemes for affiliates.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with affiliates.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support regarding the ad-serving platform.
  • Growth Tactics: Identify opportunities for ad-hoc activations and growth tactics. 

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven commercial experience in Affiliate marketing or a relevant role in the iGaming / Sports / Casino industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Expertise and constant adaptation to new practices and innovations in the field of Influence Marketing.
  • Ability to manage great sales, negotiation and problem-solving landscapes.
  • Advanced usage of Excel and Google Sheets as the preferred tool for making data-driven decisions.
  • Top-notch understanding of commercial models and local markets’ needs paired with understanding of marketing techniques.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Ability to learn fast and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Excellent understanding of brand awareness and growth strategies.
