About the Role
You will play a key role in the continued development, maintenance, and support of our internal systems and the next phase of our internal tools. This role requires a self-driven, experienced developer who is thorough, structured, and able to work independently while taking full ownership of technical decisions and feature delivery.
Tech Stack
· Backend technologies include PHP, the Laravel Framework, MySQL, and a Docker Sail development environment.
· The current frontend stack is React.js.
What You Will Do
· Develop, maintain, and support internal systems and long-term internal tools.
· Take ownership of features, technical choices, implementation, and testing.
· Work independently as the primary developer while collaborating closely with the product team.
· Ensure detailed, thorough, and well-structured implementations.
· Think beyond code-first execution and take a product ownership mindset.
Requirements
What You Bring
· A minimum of three years of hands-on experience with Laravel.
· A minimum of three years of hands-on experience with React.js.
· Strong SQL skills.
· Experience with application containerisation.
· Senior-level, real-world development experience.
· Ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables,
· Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach.
· Comfort working on long-term products rather than short-term engagements.
· Clear and effective communication skills.
