Job Description
- Ensure creatives aligns with the brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Delivery of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Work closely with designers, copy writers, and other creative professionals to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute creative campaigns.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages open communication and idea-sharing.
- Ensure creative assets meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the creative team remains innovative and competitive.
- Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing creative solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing or Communications.
- Proven experience in a creative role, demonstrating successful project delivery.
- Proven 2-3 years experience in a PR agency. This must appear clearly on your CV. This is very important please
- Strong understanding of design principles, copywriting, and multimedia production.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in creative software and tools
- Must be Smart and trendy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Remuneration is 100 - 130k
