We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our growing Digital Marketing team in Milan. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and scaling affiliate and influencer marketing programs for international luxury and premium fashion brands.

Working closely with clients, publishers, creators, and internal teams, you will drive customer acquisition, maximize channel performance, and identify new partnership opportunities to support business growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with excellent relationship management abilities, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about digital marketing, e-commerce, and the luxury fashion industry.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and grow affiliate and influencer marketing programs for international luxury and premium fashion brands, driving traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.

  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and nurture high-performing affiliates, creators, and strategic partners to expand the partner ecosystem.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies to maximize affiliate channel performance.

  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports and presentations, and translate data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.

  • Negotiate commercial agreements, partnerships, and premium placements to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

  • Plan and execute media buying and partnership initiatives with premium publishers to strengthen brand awareness and customer acquisition.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities to continuously improve campaign performance.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership and influencer initiatives.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing, preferably within an agency, luxury, fashion, or e-commerce environment.

  • Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Partnerize, impact.com, Awin, or similar partnership management tools.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with experience working with clients, publishers, affiliates, influencers, and creators.

  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are considered a plus.

  • Passion for digital marketing, e-commerce, and the luxury fashion industry.
