Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, a deep understanding of insurance processes, and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring successful delivery.
As part of the consulting team, our Project Manager will:
- Manage insurance projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Oversee project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all parties involved
- Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Skills and Experience
To qualify for the role you must have:
- Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or Computer Science (and related fields)
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within the insurance industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

Pay Transparency
Capco is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation to our people. Our compensation policies are designed to allow our people to progress through our defined salary range over time as they progress in their role.
The minimum gross annual base salary for this position is from €29.000. The final offer could be higher to reflect the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable bonus payment.
