TPMs are responsible for translating business goals into technical execution, driving platform maturity, and ensuring delivery excellence across product lines. What You'll Bring:
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Delivery Leadership- - Lead execution across product lines by managing dependencies, aligning timelines, and ensuring delivery regardless of reporting structures.
- - Create clear ownership and accountability by reducing support layers and empowering TPMs and Engineering to own execution.
- - Partner with Solution Product Managers and international CIOs to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
- - Focus on shaping solutions that meet business goals rather than simply delivering requested features.
- - Ensure foundational services like identity, data governance, and observability are consistently integrated into customer and internal user journeys.
- - Promote scalable, secure, and user-centric platform design.
- - Collaborate with architects to reduce duplication, increase reuse, and reinforce the value of shared services across the enterprise.
- - Work with market teams in the US (e.g., industry-specific solutions) and globally (e.g., UK, Philippines) to understand regional priorities.
- - Align with TPMs and engineering leaders to ensure cohesive execution of technology strategy.
- - Drive product/platform development with a focus on business outcomes, not just feature delivery.
- - Own the vision and execution for features and services, optimizing across teams and geographies.
- - Improve communication flow by reducing layers and increasing transparency across functions and levels of the organization.
- - Establish mechanisms for continuous feedback and visibility into delivery progress.
- - Track feature usage and performance metrics.
- - Provide actionable insights to optimize platform functionality and user satisfaction.

Skills & CompetenciesFunctional/Technical Skills- - Strong foundation in product management within technical environments.
- - Experience working in Agile teams using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- - Strategic thinker with a systems-oriented approach and user-first mindset.

10–12 years in product management or related technical roles, with demonstrated experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
