As part of Global Product within Fraud & Identity at TransUnion, you will support effective Go-to-Market of Digital Risk and other global products in different International markets; with the goal of supporting the regions to achieve revenue and profitability targets while catering to fraud needs of TransUnion customers such as Banks, Insurance, Telco, Fintech, etc.
The individual will work closely with the Director, Product GTM and support him/ her in managing an effective GTM and subject matter expertise for global Fraud solutions, starting initially with Device Risk and IP Intelligence products. In this, he/she will work closely with the Head of Fraud and the regional Presales and Sales teams as the junior product line SME.
She/he must be willing to accept a dynamic and multi-faceted role requiring work across several International markets teams and geographies, provide support to their peers while working with the Director, Product GTM on the best way forward to help achieve our collective goals, and establish TransUnion as the true leader in the Device Risk and IP Intelligence space.
This is a position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities including the following
- Support and help drive commercialization in the INTL regions including demos, qualification calls, RFIs/RFP responses
- Support customers in coordination with the regional team through POCs and Pilots
- Maintain and manage a FAQ for the purposes of faster TaTs for RFIs/ RFPs - promote the use of the FAQ to assist regions with the sales process
- Provide Voice of Customer feedback to product working as the trusted advisor to regions and customer during a pre-sales engagement
- Provide training and support as needed to regional product teams and regional integration teams as part of knowledge sharing around ongoing product improvements and updates
- Working with Product Marketing, maintain the competitive intelligence materials to ensure they are as up to date as possible
- Create and manage a school of excellence approach to providing demonstrations to prospects, so that the process can be leveraged by sales folks independently
Impact You'll Make:
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 4-6 years of Product Management, Sales Engineering or Solution Consulting roles in the Banking/ Financial/ Analytics domains
- Prior experience with Device Risk, IP Intelligence or related Fraud products would be strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to launch new products successfully through consultative selling, articulating unique value proposition and delivering new solutions in multiple markets;
- Prior experience in solution consulting, sales engineering or product management along with industry expertise in financial services or a related discipline will allow you to ‘hit-the-ground-running’ in this fast-paced and evolving matrix business
- Speaks and writes clearly and articulately without being overly verbose or talkative. Maintains this standard in all forms of communication;
