Core Responsibilities
- Execute daily operations to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks within Employee Services.
- Provide recruitment support and operational assistance to colleagues, following guidance from managers and specialists.
- Maintain strong relationships with external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality processing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure continuous task execution and delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance effectiveness and precision.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience with Employee Services processes and basic understanding of hire to retire processes with focus in employee benefits.
- Experience with HR Master Data Systems e.g. SAP, Workday and experience with service transitions.
- Work experience with ticketing systems e.g. Service Now
- Experience from Shared Service, Human Resources, Recruitment
- Team player with proactive approach
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken - fluent in another European language ideal but not essential
- Advanced Microsoft Skills - with strong focus on Excel
- Excellent time management and attention to detail in a fast paced environment with the ability to work autonomously
- Analytics and data management experience with the ability to turn insight into action
