Principal Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise cloud solutions primarily in Microsoft Azure.
• Develop cloud adoption, migration, and modernization strategies.
• Architect highly available, scalable, and secure cloud environments.
• Manage Azure services including:
• • Virtual Machines
  • Virtual Networks
  • Load Balancers
  • Application Gateways
  • Azure Storage
  • Azure Backup
  • Azure Monitor
  • Log Analytics
  • Azure Key Vault
• Establish cloud governance, security, and cost optimization frameworks.
• Ensure cloud environments comply with organizational security and regulatory requirement
• Lead administration and governance of the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Manage:
• • Exchange Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • SharePoint Online
  • OneDrive for Business
  • Microsoft Purview
  • Microsoft Defender
  • Microsoft Intune
• Design and implement collaboration, retention, compliance, and data protection policies.
• Support tenant-level administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Drive M365 security and compliance initiatives
• Architect and manage enterprise identity solutions.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity environments.
• Implement:
• • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Conditional Access
  • Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Develop and maintain Identity Lifecycle Management processes
• Integrate identity solutions with HR, business, and SaaS platforms.
• Manage federation technologies using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• Partner with Security Operations and Governance teams.
• Implement enterprise security controls including:
• • Conditional Access
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Endpoint Security
  • Device Compliance
  • Threat Protection
• Conduct infrastructure risk assessments.
• Support security audits and compliance reviews.
• Design and implement automation solutions using:
• • PowerShell
  • Azure Automation
  • Power Platform
  • REST APIs
  • Microsoft Graph API
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks.
• Develop integrations between cloud services, SaaS platforms, and internal applications.
• Create reusable infrastructure standards and automation framework
• Support enterprise integration platforms and secure connectivity solutions.
• Design and manage:
• • SFTP platforms
  • API gateways
  • Secure file transfer solutions
  • Hybrid networking
  • DNS services
  • VPN solutions
• Integrate business applications through REST APIs and automation workflows.
• Ensure reliable and secure data exchange between internal and external system
• Administer Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management solutions.
• Manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Configure:
• • o Device enrollment
  • o Compliance policies
  • o Application deployment
  • o Endpoint security policies
  • o Certificate management
• Support modern workplace initiatives including passwordless authentication.

Skills:

• Strong experience managing Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience leading infrastructure modernization projects.
• Experience with enterprise identity and access management solutions.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Equivalent experience may be considered.
• 10+ years of IT Infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise cloud administration and architecture
