Join our Team as an Advanced Services Operations Specialist!

The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Advanced Services Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving operational challenges. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting Advanced Services programs through accurate invoice processing, customer support, asset management, and process improvement initiatives. You will serve as a key resource for dealers, customers, Fleet Account Managers, and internal stakeholders, helping ensure program compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences. By leveraging data, standardized processes, and continuous improvement principles, you will help drive successful outcomes while supporting the growth and evolution of our Advanced Services business. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Execute dealer invoice processing in accordance with established procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Support asset management activities and maintain accurate program records.
  • Monitor program compliance and key performance indicators to ensure operational objectives are achieved.
  • Follow standardized operating procedures while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Respond to dealer and customer inquiries, managing support tickets and providing a high level of customer service.
  • Support automation initiatives and system enhancements that improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and operational analyses that support business decisions and identify performance trends.
  • Train internal and external users on systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Support Fleet Account Managers with quoting activities, dispute resolution, and customer requests.
  • Analyze operational and financial data across multiple systems to identify trends, improve processes, and support business decisions.
  • Manage multiple priorities while meeting program and departmental deadlines.
  • Travel as needed to support business objectives.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in operations, customer support, fleet management, financial services, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting invoice processing, billing, or asset management activities.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • Experience working with customer relationship management or ticketing systems.
  • Strong understanding of operational metrics and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Where and When You’ll Work:

  • Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person Monday through Wednesday at our Columbus, IN office and work remotely Thursday and Friday.
  • Typical first shift hours.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $40,210 - $51,555 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
