Support and stabilize enterprise applications (primarily SAP) by gathering requirements, resolving incidents, coordinating with technical teams and vendors, participating in testing and deployments, documenting processes, and supporting governance and continuous improvement.

Design, develop, and release frame, body, and cabin components for electric forklifts. Create 3D models and drawings in Creo, validate designs with FEA, manage PDM data, produce DFMEAs and BOMs, lead projects, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, purchasing, testing, and supply chain to meet cost, manufacturability, durability, and schedule targets.

Develop, test, and maintain embedded firmware for vehicle systems. Write and review specifications, implement C/C++ code, apply TDD/unit testing, work with CANopen and ARM-based microcontrollers, analyze datasets, and support products in the field.

Create and maintain daily production schedules to meet customer delivery while balancing capacity and WIP. Monitor execution, adjust schedules, investigate deviations using structured problem solving, support recovery and continuous improvement, and coordinate cross-functional activities to protect delivery performance.

Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner advising leaders on talent strategy, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, succession, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, lead HRBP team coaching, manage transfers and processes, support multi-shift operations, conduct investigations and accommodations, and drive initiatives to attract, retain, and develop a diverse workforce.

Provide day-to-day HR support across employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and HR operations. Maintain HRIS and personnel records, prepare reports, assist with performance management and investigations, support HR programs and audits, and drive process improvements to ensure accurate, compliant HR service and a positive employee experience.

Perform month-end close activities, prepare standard and non-standard journal entries, reconcile inventory balances, research discrepancies, and analyze costing variances. Maintain internal controls and GAAP compliance, produce management reports, support audits, identify process improvements, cross-train within Operations Finance, and complete ad-hoc projects.

Create parametric 3D models, 2D drawings, and documentation for forklift components using CREO and PDM. Support engineers with BOM management, engineering change documentation, design reviews, manufacturability checks, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure cost, quality, and delivery.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidated reporting. Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, reserves, and balance sheet analyses. Perform cash flow analysis, compile internal reports, support audits, research accounting issues, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, and drive process improvements.

Write and maintain technical manuals, online help, and reference materials for internal and external audiences. Collaborate with SMEs across departments to verify accuracy, design page layouts and visuals, review engineering prints and parts lists, coordinate publication and archiving, and lead or support documentation projects while mentoring colleagues.

Serve as strategic HR partner to business leaders, driving workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance and succession planning, training coordination, compliance with employment law, accommodations, and off-boarding. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence on compensation, policy, leave programs, and recognition to improve associate experience, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Perform final assembly and adjustment of mechanical, electrical, and electronic forklift components. Ensure quality, safety checks (slings/hoists), meet daily takt time, and follow physical and safety procedures in a fast-paced production environment.

Coordinate and support IT program and project activities under a Program Manager: track milestones, manage resources, schedule meetings, maintain documentation and status reports, monitor budgets and invoices, and facilitate stakeholder communications to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Lead multiple firmware engineering teams to deliver concurrent embedded projects. Own project delivery, scheduling, resource and financial tracking, cross-functional alignment, strategic roadmap planning, and team development while promoting technical rigor and Toyota values.

Create high-quality photography and video to support sales, product, and brand storytelling. Plan and execute shoots (including on-the-fly capture), perform post-production editing, adapt content for multiple platforms, maintain organized media libraries, and collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and brand teams.

Support manufacturing/CPG financial planning, profitability analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Partner with operations, supply chain, and business leaders to analyze performance, identify cost drivers, and recommend efficiencies. Develop annual plans, contribute to forecasts, drive expense planning, and prepare monthly and executive-level financial reports and presentations.
