About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled .NET professional to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications and backend services using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and service-oriented architectures, along with a passion for writing clean, maintainable code and working collaboratively to solve complex problems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be considered an added advantage.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET-based web applications and backend services.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
Work extensively with SQL Server, including writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Partner with frontend teams using JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and JSON for seamless application integration.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring team members on best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
Ensure effective system integration, quality assurance, and adherence to security best practices.
Perform performance optimization, troubleshoot issues, and support post-go-live operations.
Create detailed technical documentation and provide training, while staying updated with the latest Microsoft technologies.
What You Need to Be Successful
6-9 years of progressive experience in a global, multicultural, and multi-location environment.
Strong expertise in C# and ASP.NET (MVC, WebForms, and/or .NET Core).
Solid experience with SQL Server, including relational database design.
Hands-on experience with WCF, Web Services, and RESTful APIs.
Working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, and JSON.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
Proven experience in debugging, performance optimization, and end-to-end application lifecycle management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery.
Bonus Points if You Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization and integrations.
Familiarity with Entity Framework.
Proficiency in using Git for source control and version management.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
Strong experience working with databases and tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira.
