- 配合和联络外服，协助完成员工档案、社保、生育等各项办理；

2， 办事处内部的沟通联络枢纽：
- 每季度跨部门沟通会议组织与安排：会议前沟通协调各部门时间和出席人员，组织会议议程等；
- 组织办事处员工参加公司大型视频会议和大型活动，协助其他部门会议和培训；
-搭建办事处沟通平台。加强与办事处各部门负责人沟通，协调配合各部门的工作，增强办事处的凝聚力。
3， 办事处日常行政支持和管理：
- 根据公司的规定，制定符合当地情况的办事处管理制度；

- 办事处办公用品、饮用水、食品等采购，文具申领，及时申请支付各项行政费用并每月按时结算；
- 会议室使用管理；投影仪使用管理；办公网络和办公设备的维护和保修；

- 办公室绿化和保洁事务的联络和管理；
