Policy Services Administrator
Fully Remote / Hybrid | 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Shifts between 13:00 – 23:00 (UK time)
Salary: £24,800 – £25,500

The RoleAs a Policy Services Administrator, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our members by supporting them with policy queries, amendments, and requests.
You’ll become an expert in our products, ensuring all changes are handled efficiently and accurately while keeping customers informed every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities- Manage policy amendments from request through to completion
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and other communications
- Process payments securely over the phone
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Work to agreed service levels and minimise abandoned calls
- Support shared mailboxes, responding within 2 business days
- Collaborate with Policy Services and Claims teams
- Assist with group enrolment changes and reporting (full training provided)
- Contribute to wider administrative tasks and team projects
- Strong customer service skills (phone and written)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
- Confident communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Adaptable, team-focused mindset
- Previous call centre experience
- Previous administration experience
- Fully remote working (with hybrid options available)
