Location: Bupa, Leeds Clinic, LS1 2EP

Contract Type: Part Time, Permanent, 3 set days

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, shifts will be 7.00am – 3.30pm, 8.00am– 4.30pm – 9.00am-5pm & 9.30 – 6pm

Salary: £16,740 + fantastic benefits

We are looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our team at the Leeds clinic. In this role, you will provide essential front of house and back-office support to ensure our patients receive outstanding service from entering the clinic until after they leave. The work can be fast-paced and demanding at times, but with the support of your colleagues and team leader, you will finish each day knowing you have made a meaningful difference to every customer.

You'll help us make health happen by:

  • Work on reception, greeting customers and helping make their appointment as smooth and friendly as possible
  • Supporting our clinical staff by preparing client files and scanning documents, allowing them to focus fully on patient care
  • Carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly, including handling post, answering calls and emails, managing card transactions, processing invoices, and organising delivery notes
  • Working closely with clinical colleagues to ensure client reports and correspondence are completed and sent within required timeframes

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Proven experience delivering exceptional, client focused customer service in person such as in retail, hospitality, experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience in an administrative role; experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential
  • Strong time management skills and flexibility – you will need to adapt quickly and support different areas throughout your shift
  • Excellent attention to detail, along with solid computing skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
