The Marketing Solutions Administrative Department is aligned with Desjardins Group’s marketing to ensure technology leadership upstream and during project execution. At the intersection of marketing and technology, the team is made up of experts with a focus on applications and digital solutions, such as client acquisition and management tools (CRM), marketing automation and measurement of Desjardins member/client satisfaction. Our primary objective is to offer our partners the ability to build their businesses through a combination of speed and efficiency in an ever-changing martech world. You are part of a rapidly growing, dynamic team that’s committed to the quick delivery of tangible solutions to members and clients. As Administrator, Microsoft Power Platform, you lead and influence practitioners on business relationships and development projects and highly innovative, complex strategic initiatives involving multiple sectors. You help develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions. Your initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your line of work and the business world as well as a thorough understanding of the organization. Since you are expected to interact with a very large number of stakeholders, sound interpersonal skills are an essential skill. You serve as an expert advisor, resource person and coach for senior management and decision-making bodies. More specifically, you will be required to:

Administer the Power Platform

Participate in the administration of several Dynamics 365 projects (Customer Engagement)

Advise Dynamics 365 implementation teams (Customer Engagement)

Use Microsoft-recommended development methods (plug-ins, PCFs, web resources, etc.) to meet business needs when configuration isn’t sufficient

Prepare functional documentation
-
Help analyze needs and recommend IT solutions to meet complex business needs within the enterprise architecture framework

Propose innovative solutions that comply with Dynamics 365 standards

Work efficiently with team members to proactively identify, mitigate and resolve risks and problems

Contribute best practices, recommendations and lessons learned to the internal community, with a focus on continuous improvement

Maintain a special relationship with the supplier.

What you bring to the table

Bachelor's degree in information technology or in a related field
-
A minimum of six years of relevant experience

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

Experience implementing, developing and maintaining the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Online

Experience implementing and governing a Dynamics 365 solution

Certification on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Power Platform

Knowledge of French is required

Sound understanding of the Azure environment

Knowledge of the following technologies in the context of the Microsoft Power Platform: administration, security, updates, development and delivery principles

Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate
