Vaším úkolem bude:- podpora týmu obchodníků modernizací výtahů v oblasti zpracování poptávek
- evidence zakázek v systému CRM,
- příprava a podpisy smluv
- evidence projektů v ERP systému
- objednávání výtahových jednotek a jejich uvolňování do výroby
- komunikace s továrnami
- evidence referencí pro výběrová řízení
- práce s interními databázemi a zodpovědnost za aktualizaci vložených dat
- podílení se na tvorbě a administraci obchodních kampaní
- komunikace napříč celou společností
- mobilní telefon a notebook jsou samozřejmostí
- 5 týdnů dovolené
