In dieser Position arbeitest du eng mit dem HR-Management und den Fachbereichen zusammen und trägst aktiv zur Gewinnung von Mitarbeiter_innen in unterschiedlichen Unternehmensbereichen über verschiedenste Ebenen hinweg bei.
Deine Aufgaben
- Recruiting von überlassenen Arbeitskräften und Eigenpersonal innerhalb verschiedenster Unternehmensbereiche
- Erarbeitung aussagekräftiger Anforderungsprofile in Abstimmung mit dem HR-Management und Fachbereichen und Festlegung der Recruitingkanäle
- Prescreening von Bewerbungsunterlagen
- Übernahme der Bewerberkommunikation
- Präsenz auf Recruiting-Veranstaltungen und Karrieremessen
- Zuverlässige Ansprechperson für HR-Management und Führungskräfte während des gesamten Recruitingprozesses
- Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit Personaldienstleistungsunternehmen zu Personalbedarfen bzw. zu verschiedensten personalrelevanten Themen
- Übernahme der Eintrittsadministration für überlassene Arbeitskräfte und laufende Betreuung während ihrer Beschäftigung
- Nutzung HR-relevanter Softwareprogramme im Zuge des gesamten Recruitingprozesses
Wonach wir suchen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit wirtschaftlichem oder technischem Schwerpunkt (HAK, HAS, kaufmännische oder technische Lehre)
- Erste Berufserfahrung im HR mit Fokus Recruiting oder im Assistenzbereich von Vorteil
- Systemkenntnisse-Workday von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete Rechtschreib- und Grammatikkenntnisse
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS-Office
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch

Dein Profil zählt!
Anhand deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung und der Aufgaben, die auf dich warten, vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt. Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen € 2.801,-- und € 3.228,-- brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.). Abhängig von der spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden!
