This is an anticipated vacancy for an Accounting Supervisor position at Greene Correctional Institution, a minimum custody facility for adult male offenders in Maury, NC.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences
This is an anticipated vacancy. This position supervises the Accounting Section at Greene Correctional Institution. This position will be responsible for the Accounts Payable section as well as a Trust Fund section. This person will be responsible for NCFS entries, E-procurement orders, uploading CNTR005s into sharepoint fpr payment, payroll and onboarding of Travel Nurse contracts as well as other facility contracts such as for copiers. This position will utilize spreadsheets, logs and an organized filing system to maintain accounting records and track and monitor other items as assigned.
