What You’ll Do
- Compile, organize, and coordinate data, information, and activities across functional areas
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, outlines, agendas, and presentations
- Respond to internal and external inquiries by phone and email
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Maintain office supplies, inventories, and filing systems — both physical and digital
- Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy
- Support HR-related administrative functions at the location level
- Apply working knowledge of relevant processes, procedures, products, policies, and programs
