Over time, the position will be trained to oversee and coordinate administrative responsibilities for the Dallas office, ensuring efficient operations and consistent processes.

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Dallas office

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-office inquiries professionally

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (associate degree preferred)

  • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred

  • Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, or service industries is a plus

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

  • Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset

Skills Required
