Lead industrial business development to drive revenue growth across energy, petrochemical, manufacturing, marine, and industrial construction. Own full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, contract award, and project handoff. Maintain pipeline and forecasts, develop account strategies, coordinate cross-functional proposal efforts, and nurture long-term customer relationships. Represent company at meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Perform electrical terminations, point-to-point wiring and verification, insulation resistance (megger) testing, and organized cable routing in pilot houses and instrument panels. Read electrical drawings and schematics, maintain workmanship and safety, follow supervisors, and adhere to shipyard protocols.
