At Franciscan, our Administrative Assistants provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office/department. This role is critical as it deals with a diverse group of external stakeholders, as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization, and must maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Administrative Assistant, Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 1040 Sierra Drive, Greenwood, IN
- Perform office functions, including answering telephone and email requests, taking meeting minutes, keyboarding, filing, faxing, scanning, photocopying, conducting research, and producing written communications.
- Research, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the executives, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
- Coordinate meetings and special events with its required materials, locations, and list of attendees (speakers, visitors, vendors, etc.).
- Develop and coordinate outgoing reports, correspondence, and other materials to proper destinations/recipients.
Qualifications
- Required High School Diploma/GED
- Preferred Associate's Degree Business Management
- 1 year Customer Service Required
- 1 year Physician Practice Clerical Preferred
