Position Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join the PIMCO team to provide support to senior management, as well as multi-function support across the Taiwan business, including relevant vendors and regulatory responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretarial support, which includes calendar management, travel, expenses, and other logistical arrangements; strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex schedules required.
  • Provide comprehensive office administration support, including coordinating administrative tasks for corporate events, managing office procurement, and assisting with various ad hoc projects.
  • Support all administrative duties and manage outsourced vendor services in the Taipei office. Coordinates alongside the Senior Admin ordering of supplies, floor seating plans and office moves to ensure efficient use of office resources, handle expense/invoice processing in a timely manner.
  • Prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including presentations, spreadsheets, management reports, agendas to a professional standard.
  • Co-Administrator for office applications, including - Pulse, Workday, Concur, ReadSoft & RedOak
  • Support logistics and administrative support for incoming visitors, assisting with VC coordination.
  • Coordinate alongside the Senior Admin with HR to support staff onboarding & offboarding process.
  • Understand corporate policies and maintain essential administrative documents to ensure a comprehensive audit trial.
  • Qualification for channel servicing staff is to be confirmed. - by meeting one of the six requirements: (1) Be a Qualified Investment Analyst, (2) Passed an examination for business persons of securities investment trust and consulting enterprise, (3) Passed a senior securities specialist examination,(4) Have 1 year or more of work experience serving as a manager of domestic or foreign funds, (5) Have passed the examination for trust business held by the Trust Association and have passed the examination held by the Securities Investment Trust & Consulting Association regarding securities investment trust and consulting regulations, or (6) Be a graduate of a domestic or foreign university and have served for 3 years or more as a business person of one or more securities or futures institutions or trust enterprises.

  • Verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Demonstrate proficiency with technological tools.
  • Qualification for Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Professionals is a plus.
