RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining accurate inventory of new and sold vehicles in multiple platforms, inclusive of Dealer Center.  
  • Handle postings and write up for sold units at various auto auctions, inclusive of Smart Auctions
  • Support sales team in drafting purchase orders for sold vehicles
  • Damage car disposition and drafting purchase orders
  • Work with DMV/Accounting team to maintain accounts receivable
  • Generate reports on inventory summarizations and sales
  • Other duties as assigned by management

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Minimum 2 year of administrative experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • In office position, Mon-Fri.
  • High level of computer skills inclusive of Microsoft Suites
  • Attention to detail and organized
  • Pass background; inclusive of Pre-Employment Drug Test, SSN Validation, and Criminal Record
  • Clean driving record with no drug or alcohol related driving incidents in the last 5 - 7 years. No more than 1 serious moving violation in the last 3 years; No driving related suspensions or revocation of Driver License within a 5-7 year period. Will be subject to continuous Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) monitoring
  • Minimum 3 years of licensed driving history

Compensation: 

  • $22 to $25 per hour
