Job Description:


As a CAAS Administrative Assistant, you'll provide executive-level administrative support while helping ensure the smooth operation of the department. Key responsibilities include:


Executive & Leadership Support
  • Support multiple Principals and department leaders.
  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling priorities.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, and supporting materials.
  • Assist with email management, follow-up communications, and action item tracking.
  • Arrange travel accommodations and prepare itineraries.
  • Process expense reports accurately and timely.

Client Support & Relationship Management
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients.
  • Coordinate client meetings and recurring touchpoints.
  • Assist with engagement administration and required documentation.
  • Support client communications and follow-up activities that contribute to an exceptional client experience.

Department Operations & Project Coordination
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, training events, conferences, and department initiatives.
  • Maintain records, files, and electronic documentation.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for leadership review.
  • Assist with workflow tracking and administrative projects that support department goals.

Communication & Collaboration
  • Communicate professionally with associates, clients, vendors, and external partners.
  • Coordinate information flow across teams.
  • Track deadlines and commitments to ensure timely completion of key initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
