Our Greenville office is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage daily operations and support our teams in Greenville and Asheville. This role is critical to our business and requires occasional travel between locations.
What you will do:
Manage front desk operations, including calls, visitors, mail, and shipments.
Oversee office and facility needs, such as maintaining supplies, coordinating repairs, and managing vendor services.
Provide administrative support by preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and assisting with special projects.
Serve as the point of contact for office security, copy machine maintenance, and wellness program coordination.
Perform other duties as necessary.
What you will bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of administrative or office management experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
