Position Details

 

The administrative program assistant plays a crucial role in our Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT), aiding in the efficient management of non-clinical program operations under the guidance of the program director. Key responsibilities include maintaining meticulous records, efficient filing, and the application of general clerical skills such as proficient phone etiquette, word processing, data entry, and report generation.  This Admin Assistant will work with various computer programs to include, but not limited to, MS Word, Excel, Access and ADP Platform.  Successful applicants will need to demonstrate these essential abilities. Join us in this integral support role, contributing to the smooth functioning of our program and the provision of high-quality care to our clients.

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of experience in an office setting preferred
    • Experience with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
    • Experience with administrative tasks (record keeping and filing; phone etiquette, data entry, and report generation).
  • Must possess a valid Driver's license and access to reliable transportation during working hours.
  • Possess or can obtain all necessary clearances and background checks to work with designated consumers.

Skills Required
