We’re looking for a highly organized and people-oriented Administrative Assistant for a temporary maternity leave cover, starting in December 2026, to provide personalized support to our Executive team.

Please note this in an On-site role from our TLV office

What you will do

• Assist our SVP with personal and day-to-day needs

• Track tasks and follow up on action items to ensure execution

• Support executive team members with administrative and logistical tasks

• Help coordinate personal errands and scheduling as needed

• Maintain ongoing communication while ensuring discretion and confidentiality

• Manage executive offsites in Israel and abroad

• Ability to work full time in our TLV office

• Flexibility to work beyond regular hours and be available on weekends if needed

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal)

• Proficiency in office tools, including Microsoft Outlook and MS Office apps

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and work ethics

• Positive, proactive, and service-oriented personality
