Charger Logistics is looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant - Safety & Compliance to support our Driver Recruitment and Safety Department. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in administration, driver recruiting, onboarding, transportation, safety compliance, or fleet operations environments.
Responsibilities- Support driver recruitment activities, including candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding coordination.
- Assist with driver training and orientation programs.
- Maintain driver qualification files and compliance records.
- Provide administrative support for safety and compliance initiatives.
- Monitor and update documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support front office operations and assist drivers, employees, and visitors.
- Prepare reports, track records, and perform data entry tasks as required.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience required.
- Experience in transportation, driver recruitment, safety, or compliance is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
