Gather and document business and technical requirements, create dashboards and reports, propose technical solutions, and communicate with stakeholders to resolve production issues and improve operational efficiency.

Lead Lean Six Sigma continuous-improvement projects to reduce trailer damage and repair cycle times. Analyze damage data, perform root-cause analysis, manage claims and reimbursements, monitor OOS equipment, develop Excel dashboards and KPIs, partner with terminals and repair teams, and communicate progress to leadership.

Provide corporate and labour legal counsel for the company: draft and negotiate contracts, develop and enforce policies, evaluate vendor/subcontractor partnerships, represent the company in legal proceedings, manage regulatory and compliance issues, and advise management on legal risks.

Provide customer-facing logistics support: build product knowledge, track and trace shipments, update customers on orders, process and enter orders, confirm pickups/deliveries, coordinate customs paperwork, process billing, and assist the Customer Service Manager.

Support dispatch operations by recording and verifying movements, resolving payment discrepancies, documenting incidents, tracking POD/BOL, verifying operator availability, updating ETAs, managing weekend payment events and expenses, ensuring operator app access, and monitoring bonuses and advance requests.

Analyze trailer damage trends, track Out-of-Service equipment, manage repair timelines, costs and claims in Excel, investigate liability, prepare reimbursement claims, build fleet utilization and damage dashboards, and partner with terminals and repair shops to improve repair turnaround.

Process weekly payroll accurately; handle remittances and payroll reporting; register and manage SUA/IDSE; respond to driver payroll queries; administer deductions, new-hire/termination paperwork and ROEs; support compensation and incentive program administration and HR development initiatives.

Manage inbound customer inquiries, close truck sales or leases including financing, maintain sales records and inventory, develop trucking product knowledge, collaborate with DOT for documentation, and conduct face-to-face, phone, and cold-call customer outreach.

Manage and administer compensation and performance processes across multiple regions, provide coaching on performance management, analyze merit and incentive data, conduct benchmarking and salary banding, and deliver analytics-driven recommendations to support HR strategy.

Prepare consolidated financial statements and perform full-cycle bookkeeping including invoice processing, bank reconciliations, month-end closings, general ledger entries, and financial reporting. Support monthly and quarterly close, assist with financial statements and tax compilation engagements, analyze financial data in spreadsheets, recommend process improvements, and maintain confidentiality.

Serve as first point of contact for employees and handle HR administrative tasks: onboarding/offboarding, benefits coordination, HRIS/payroll data entry, policy updates, reporting, and health & safety committee support.

Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; build and maintain financial models; create automated dashboards and reports (Power BI/Tableau); partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and support managerial reporting.

Prepare, review, and file indirect tax returns (HST/GST); reconcile tax reports and GL accounts; support audits and CRA inquiries; maintain tax rates and policies; advise on compliance and automation; collaborate on product and system implementations.

Analyze large financial and operational datasets, perform exploratory analysis, build and maintain dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), automate data pipelines and reporting, provide data-driven insights and recommendations, collaborate with finance/operations/IT, and support forecasting, budgeting, and stakeholder presentations.

Grow contract logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment revenue by prospecting, building pipelines, creating proposals, developing pricing strategies, engaging decision-makers, and managing post-sale accounts to deliver tailored intralogistics solutions.

Support procurement by sourcing low- to mid-value goods, conducting market research, preparing RFIs/RFQs, tracking POs and deliveries, maintaining vendor records, assisting negotiation and onboarding, and reporting procurement metrics.

Design, deploy, and manage enterprise and cloud networks (Azure/GCP/AWS), including VPN, BGP, load balancers, DNS, NAT, and HPE Aruba/Cisco infrastructure. Define network architecture, standards, monitoring, and security, drive hybrid cloud integration, optimize routing and performance, and collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams to automate and improve perimeter defenses.

Support and administer compensation and performance management programs across locations. Provide coaching to managers, analyze merit and incentive data, perform benchmarking and salary banding, deliver compensation recommendations, and support HR stakeholders with reporting and performance improvement initiatives.

Handle customer communications and order processing for shipments: provide track-and-trace updates, confirm pickups/deliveries, coordinate customs paperwork, process billing, and resolve freight issues while liaising with internal teams.

Provide customer support via phone and email, manage paperwork and driver/fleet documentation, enter orders and maintain portals, prepare and process customs documentation (ACE/ACI/PAPS/PARS), assist accounting with invoices and receivables/payables, generate reports, and perform other administrative logistics duties.
