Design, develop, and optimize high-performance .NET Core backend microservices. Implement observability (tracing, logging, metrics), optimize service communication and PostgreSQL performance, maintain CI/CD pipelines, support deployments (Kubernetes/Docker), collaborate on architecture, and troubleshoot production issues in a large distributed system.

Generate and qualify leads through research and outbound calling, schedule demos, maintain CRM data integrity, analyze sales performance and customer acquisition metrics, create reports/dashboards, and provide market and competitive insights to support sales strategy.

Coordinate inbound/outbound freight, ensure carrier compliance, analyze lanes and costs, negotiate rates, communicate with brokers/carriers/customers, manage shipment tracking and documentation (PODs, BOL), and proactively resolve service risks to meet transportation targets.

Coordinate and dispatch fleet resources, communicate freight requirements to drivers, handle customer inquiries, update shipment statuses and customer portals, monitor utilization, and generate reports. Requires bilingual Spanish/English communication and familiarity with load boards and fleet software.

Develop and deploy production AI agents and MCP integrations to automate logistics workflows (dispatch, billing, compliance, fleet). Implement LLM integration layers, multi-agent orchestration, and hybrid retrieval architectures (RAG/KAG/CAG). Maintain agent infrastructure on Kubernetes with GitOps and observability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational workflows into agent capabilities.

Provide customer support via phone and email, manage driver and fleet documentation, enter and maintain orders in systems, prepare customs documentation (ACE/ACI/PAPS/PARS), assist accounting with invoices and AR/AP, generate reports and client deliverables, and perform administrative and ad-hoc logistics duties.

Coordinate daily transportation and logistics activities on-site at an automotive plant. Liaise with plant staff, drivers, and dispatch to ensure timely pickups/deliveries, track shipments, manage exceptions, maintain documentation and compliance, and identify process improvements.

Coordinate and dispatch drivers, monitor shipments and driver activity using tracking systems, communicate with drivers/customers, update shipment data, escalate incidents, support incident reporting, ensure compliance and identify process improvements.

Provide customer-facing logistics support: track and trace shipments, update customers, process orders, confirm pickups/deliveries, coordinate customs paperwork, handle billing procedures, and escalate freight issues while supporting the Customer Service Manager.

Manage and grow customer relationships for logistics accounts: provide exceptional service, support rate calculations and bids, ensure operational commitments, maintain client databases, and assist sales leadership with prospecting and presentations.

Respond to customer inquiries about shipments, provide track-and-trace updates, process and update orders, confirm pickups/deliveries, coordinate customs paperwork, follow billing procedures, and support the Customer Service Manager.

Serve as primary customer contact for logistics accounts, build relationships, coordinate internal teams, support sales and proposals, monitor market trends, maintain records, and ensure customer satisfaction and account growth.

Provide HR administrative support including onboarding/offboarding, benefits coordination, HRIS and payroll data entry, employee inquiries, policy updates, compliance with labor law, reporting (attrition, work hours), and safety committee support while assisting HR projects.

Collect, clean, and validate large datasets; perform exploratory data analysis; design and maintain dashboards (Power BI/Tableau); automate data pipelines and reporting; collaborate with finance, operations and IT; present findings and recommend strategic actions; assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling as needed.

Remotely monitor security cameras for suspicious activity, coordinate with internal teams during emergencies, secure trucks, provide accident video and reports to Safety, maintain security records, follow workplace policies, intervene or summon help for incidents, and assist with emergency response plans.

Perform data-driven logistics and damage mitigation analysis: costing and pricing scenarios, SQL data extraction, Tableau dashboards, claims investigation and resolution, vendor and insurer coordination, trend analysis, SOP and training development, and present findings to leadership.

Support and administer compensation and performance management programs across locations. Deliver compensation analysis, benchmarking, salary banding, bonus administration, and merit increase support. Coach managers on performance processes, partner with stakeholders on development solutions, and use Workday to manage HRIS and integrations.

Conduct stakeholder research and document business and technical requirements, define project scope, create business cases and dashboards, deliver reports, develop technical solutions to improve operations, and communicate status and issue resolutions to users and teams.

Manage and grow customer accounts within transportation and logistics by building relationships, overseeing pricing and bids, coordinating with internal teams to meet commitments, identifying new business, maintaining client databases, monitoring market conditions, and supporting customer service and sales activities.

Prepare, reconcile, and file indirect tax returns (HST/GST), support audits and CRA inquiries, maintain tax codes and rates, monitor legislation, assist with tax planning and automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct tax treatment and document processes.
