Job DescriptionJob Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations of Rhapsody team and ensure efficiency. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and assist with office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Rhapsody executive team.
- Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and office supplies.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Support HR and operations teams with administrative duties.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
The candidates are required to work North American shift (7.30 p.m. - 4.30 a.m. IST) from Monday - Friday.
QualificationsQualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience handling office management tasks.
- Familiarity with HR or finance-related administrative work.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
