What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
- Expert knowledge of calendar management at a senior level.
- Strong aptitude for technology and experience supporting IT team.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment.
- Advance skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills, able to complete projects with minimal direction.
- Extremely self-reliant and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Impact You'll Make:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant reporting to our Lead, Executive Assistant, for a 3 month contract period. The incumbent will support a variety of C-level leaders on a daily basis. This position has access to and regularly works with information of a sensitive and highly confidential nature, necessitating discretion, sound judgement and professional conduct at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compose and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms.
- Calendar management.
- Schedule meetings on behalf of team members.
- Prepare meeting documentations and minutes, if required.
- Create and update presentations in PowerPoint.
- Assist with budgets and invoices.
- Develop and maintain an electronic filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Liaise with executives and fellow associates to handle requests and queries.
- Other duties as assigned.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
