Job Description- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, suppliers and employees, handling inquiries via phone, email and in person professionally and efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and sample logistics, ensuring accurate tracking, distribution and documentation.
- Support office administration, including document control, records management, archive and store administration, ensuring proper storage and traceability of company assets and records.
- Coordinate facility and vendor services, including security, cleaning, maintenance, utilities, office supplies and contract administration.
- Support purchasing and payment processes, including purchase requests, invoices, expense documentation, petty cash and cash collection activities in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist with equipment logistics, meetings, company events, customer visits and other administrative activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and consolidate operational reports and administrative records while ensuring compliance with SGS policies, security requirements and internal procedures.
- Provide cross-functional administrative support to Business Units and corporate functions, including Finance, Human Resources and Operations teams.
- College or University graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, reception, office support, facilities coordination or related roles.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Working proficiency in English for daily business communication.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and service-minded, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
