Administration Assistant to join our Broker Support team in Melbourne.

About the role:
Reporting to the Team Manager – Broker Support, you’ll provide essential administrative support to our Underwriting teams and help ensure smooth operations for our brokers. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a busy, high-volume environment and contribute to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Sending out renewal invitations and non-express renewals to brokers
  • Processing new policies and renewals in the underwriting system, including preparation of Certificates of Currency and managing related documents
  • Following up on outstanding and upcoming renewals and new business
  • Maintaining broker information and managing logins to our online system
  • Answering phone calls and take messages
  • General administration and office duties as required


About You:
  • Proven administration and customer experience 
  • Prior experience in insurance highly regarded
  • Professional and positive “can-do” attitude ‘
  • Experience in a busy, high-volume environment
  • Ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong sense of accountability
