- Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities across departments, ensuring smooth workflow execution, effective communication, and adherence to departmental procedures.
- Coordinate the tracking of procurement and installation schedules for production machinery and project-related equipment, ensuring timely delivery and operational readiness by effectively liaising with key stakeholders including Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Safety, and Food Safety & Hygiene teams.
- Maintain confidential personnel and departmental records with secure handling and controlled information release, while monitoring progress of administrative tasks and project milestones through regular reporting and timeline tracking to ensure timely completion.
- Support budget and cost control processes by maintaining accurate expenditure records, validating procurement transactions, and contributing data for financial planning and reporting.
- Monitor TAS reports and manage workforce planning activities, including vacation scheduling and roster coordination, to support resource availability and operational continuity.
- Provide dedicated administrative support for compliance initiatives such as internal audits, training coordination, and follow-up on food safety and hygiene actions, ensuring timely closure of non-conformities.
- Supervise junior administrative staff by assigning tasks, providing performance guidance, and ensuring quality and timely - completion.
- Coordinate staff engagement activities and departmental events to foster team cohesion and a positive work environment.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field preferably within the hospitality/airline industry
Skills:
- Attention to detail with the ability to review and analyze information accurately.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
