Our Client, a leading company in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Admin Accountant to manage contractual and temporary manpower payroll and administrative accounting operations. The role involves monitoring attendance, verifying manpower bills, ensuring statutory compliance, resolving billing disputes, and ensuring timely and accurate salary and bill payments. The candidate will play a key role in manpower cost control, compliance, and audit processes.

- Develop and implement a system to monitor daily attendance of contractual and temporary manpower.
- Develop and implement a system to check, verify, and process manpower bills accurately.
- Review manpower bills, identify discrepancies, and take ownership of resolving all billing disputes with contractors.
- Ensure timely processing and payment of manpower bills as per agreed terms.
- Conduct audits to ensure proper and efficient manpower utilization.
- Track area-wise monthly manpower utilization and associated bills, and highlight any abnormalities or variances.
- Develop and maintain proper methods and controls for manpower salary processing.
- Calculate all statutory payments related to manpower salaries, including NSSF, WCF, SDL, and VAT.
- Collect, verify, and maintain monthly statutory payment proofs and certificates from manpower contractors.
Requirements
- Minimum Graduate / Diploma in Accountancy.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in salary payment, bill checking, and payment processing.
- Sound knowledge of statutory compliances related to salary processing, including NSSF, WCF, SDL, and VAT.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
