About the team

The International Ad Marketing team helps drive Roku's advertising business across international markets by developing the strategies, stories, and programs that position Roku as a leader in the streaming ecosystem. In Mexico, that means localizing Roku's advertising proposition into locally relevant marketing that drives results with advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners.

We work closely with Ad Sales, Brand Marketing, Research, Product Marketing, Communications, Creative, and external partners to build strong go-to-market plans, market-facing narratives, and partner programs that support visibility, engagement, and revenue growth.

About the role

Roku is seeking an Ad Sales Marketing Manager, Mexico to help accelerate our advertising business in Mexico and Spanish-speaking Latin America. This role operates at the intersection of sales marketing, partner marketing, and go-to-market execution, with a strong emphasis on helping Roku and its strategic partners bring compelling stories and solutions to market. You will own partner marketing strategy and execution across key strategic partners in Mexico, developing sales enablement materials, partner-facing narratives, co-marketing programs, and activation plans that support business growth. This is a strategic, highly cross-functional individual contributor role designed for someone who understands how to localize market insight, commercial priorities, and partner collaboration into marketing that drives visibility, engagement, and revenue. You will collaborate daily with teams across Ad Sales, Brand Marketing, Research, Product Marketing, Communications, Creative, and external partners to build strong go-to-market plans and market-facing narratives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and brings a hands-on approach to both strategic thinking and tactical execution.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop sales enablement and partner-facing materials that help internal teams and external partners bring Roku stories and solutions to market
  • Create presentations, one-pagers, narratives, and proof points tailored for advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners in Mexico
  • Localize research, market trends, and business opportunities into partner-ready narratives, programs, and activation ideas
  • Equip the sales team with compelling, locally relevant materials that support client engagement and business growth
  • Partner closely with Ad Sales, Ad Marketing, Research, Product Marketing, Data, Creative, and Communications teams to ensure alignment between business priorities and local execution
  • Build clear working models and repeatable frameworks for partner collaboration, including planning processes, messaging, creative development, and measurement
  • Ensure partner programs are on-brand, commercially relevant, and executed with excellence
  • Own partner marketing strategy and execution across key strategic partners in Mexico
  • Develop and execute partner marketing plans that strengthen Roku's market presence and support business priorities
  • Manage day-to-day partner collaboration, ensuring plans, deliverables, timelines, and communications stay aligned and on track
  • Identify and lead co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners, including campaigns, events, content, and activation programs that expand Roku's reach and support revenue goals
  • Support the Brand Marketing lead with co-marketing programs and co-events to drive partner visibility, engagement, and revenue
We're excited if you have
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, sales marketing, partner marketing, or commercial marketing, ideally in media, advertising, ad tech, streaming, or technology
  • Strong experience in the Mexico advertising market, with a clear understanding of the local advertising, agency, media, and partner ecosystem
  • Direct experience working with strategic partners, alliances, co-marketing programs, or sales enablement initiatives
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to localize data, research, and market dynamics into clear commercial narratives
  • Experience developing go-to-market programs and marketing materials that support both brand visibility and revenue outcomes
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • A collaborative, hands-on mindset with willingness to operate strategically while also driving execution
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment
