Key Responsibilities
- Access Management Solutions:
Design and implement enterprise level access controls, focusing on scalability, security, and user experience. - Identity and Access Management (IAM):
Develop and maintain IAM processes, including provisioning, de provisioning, and role based access control (RBAC). - Collaboration:
Partner with IT, security, and data science teams to ensure access solutions meet technical and business requirements. - Automation & Efficiency:
Automate access workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual errors. - Monitoring & Compliance:
Monitor access systems for potential vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, regulatory standards, and security protocols. - Incident Response:
Investigate and resolve access related incidents, collaborating with security and IT teams as needed. - Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in enterprise access and security, recommending enhancements to existing systems and processes.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor‿s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience in identity and access management (Active Directory, Azure/Entra)
- Advanced Powershell scripting capabilities and automation
- O365 Exchange Email Administration (advanced)
- Experience with Windows Server patching and vulnerability mitigation.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of certificates and secure authentication methods.
- Support and troubleshooting for Windows Server OS
- Microsoft Graph Experience
- Experience with using the VMware vCenter interface
Skills Required
