The job holder is to support the Actuarial Senior Manager in all aspects of corporate actuarial work, particularly those that pertain to EV reporting basis, methodology and reporting. Help ensure that actuarial activities are in line with sound actuarial principles and standards, Group requirements, and the company’s goals, objectives, standards and requirements.

Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc

• ·Support the business planning & forecasting process. /Hỗ trợ trong quá trình lập kế hoạch kinh doanh và dự báo kết quả kinh doanh.·
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis between actual results, business plans, and forecasts, identifying key drivers across persistency, expenses, claims, and other components at granular levels (e.g., distribution channel, policy year)./Phân tích chuyên sâu chênh lệch giữa kết quả thực tế, kế hoạch kinh doanh và dự báo; xác định các nguyên nhân chính theo từng cấu phần như tỷ lệ tái tục, chi phí, chi trả quyền lợi bảo hiểm và các chỉ tiêu liên quan, đồng thời phân tích chi tiết theo kênh phân phối, năm hợp đồng và các chiều dữ liệu phù hợp khác.
• Perform Source of Earnings (SOE) analysis to explain local profit performance and key profit drivers./Thực hiện phân tích Nguồn hình thành lợi nhuận (Source of Earnings - SOE) nhằm giải thích kết quả lợi nhuận và các yếu tố chính tạo nên lợi nhuận.·      
• Prepare and analyze EV Profit and Loss statements by distribution channel and policy year to provide insights into value emergence and business performance./Lập và phân tích Báo cáo Lãi/Lỗ theo Giá trị Nội tại (EV Profit and Loss) theo kênh phân phối và năm hợp đồng nhằm đánh giá quá trình tạo ra giá trị và hiệu quả kinh doanh.·      
• Work closely with the Future Finance Programme (FFP) team to automate, streamline, and enhance reporting processes and operational efficiency./Phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội ngũ Future Finance Programme (FFP) để tự động hóa, tối ưu hóa quy trình báo cáo và nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành.·      
• Ensure EV results, processes and procedures are sound, accurate and fully documented. In particular ensure compliance with Group standards and actuarial principles / Đảm bảo kết quả dự phòng theo chuẩn EV và quy trình là hợp lý, chính xác và được ghi chép đầy đủ. Đặc biệt đảm bảo tuân thủ các yêu cầu quy định theo tiêu chuẩn của Tập đoàn và nguyên tắc của ngành định phí.·       Investigate the actuarial results on a regular basis, ensure the results are verified carefully to ensure the consistency & correctness. Thực hiện các điều tra định phí đột xuất (một cách thường xuyên), đảm bảo các kết quả được kiểm tra kỹ càng để đảm bảo độ chính xác và tính nhất quán.·       Support line manager in development of new methodology and reporting tool for new reports / Hỗ trợ quản lý trong việc xây dựng các phương pháp mới và các công cụ hỗ trợ cho các báo cáo mới.·      
• Test and develop Prophet model (if require) for EV reporting. Ensure all the changes are fully documented. /Kiểm tra và phát triển mô hình cho báo cáo tài chính theo chuẩn EV. Đảm bảo tất cả thay đổi được ghi vào tài liệu.Others: to be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any) / Các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi quản lý trực tiếp hoặc ban lãnh đạo công ty.

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu

Qualifications / Bằng cấp

• University degree in a major with significant exposure to actuarial, finance, mathematics and/or statistics. /Bằng đại học chuyên ngành có liên quan đáng kể với Định Phí, Tài Chính, Toán Học và / hoặc Thống Kê
• Study towards to get the actuarial Fellow qualification / Tiếp tục học để trở thành thành viên của một tổ chức Định Phí được công nhận

Experiences, Knowledge and skill / Kinh nghiệm, kiến thức và kỹ năng

• Actuarial and insurance knowledge learned from both examinations and job experience. / Kiến thức chuyên sâu về Định Phí và Bảo Hiểm đã học được từ cả kỳ thi và kinh nghiệm làm việc.
• At least 5 years working on actuarial segment / Ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Định phí
• Have experience in Prophet or other equivalence actuarial model operation / Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Prophet và các mô hình Định phí tương đương
• High analytical skill/ Kĩ nâng phân tích cao.
• Experience in financial reports analysis is a plus/Có kinh nghiệm trong việc phần tích báo cáo tài chính là một lợi thế.
• ·Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and build effective relationships across functions and business units./ Thể hiện kỹ năng quản lý các bên liên quan xuất sắc và xây dựng mối quan hệ hợp tác hiệu quả giữa các phòng ban và đơn vị kinh doanh.·      
• Demonstrate strong people leadership skills by developing team capabilities, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability for results./ Thể hiện năng lực lãnh đạo con người mạnh mẽ thông qua việc phát triển năng lực đội ngũ, thúc đẩy hợp tác và nâng cao tinh thần trách nhiệm đối với kết quả công việc.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision / Khả năng làm việc độc lập không cần nhiều hướng dẫn.
• Good verbal communication, writing and presentation skills/ Kỹ năng giao tiếp, viết và thuyết trình tốt
• Fluent English/ Giao tiếp tiếng Anh thành thạo
