Key Responsibilities:
- Support quarterly valuation and financial reporting processes for Universal Life products.
- Prepare and analyze Statutory, GAAP, and Tax reserves and related financial results.
- Analyze period-over-period financial results, explain key drivers, and document findings.
- Maintain, test, and enhance valuation models and supporting processes.
- Assess the impact of model, assumption, and methodology updates on financial results.
- Support actuarial testing, regulatory reporting, and governance activities.
- Develop analytical tools, reporting solutions, and process automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Provide valuation support for new products, product enhancements, and other strategic initiatives.
- Prepare reports, exhibits, and documentation to effectively communicate results and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Financial Reporting, Pricing, Modeling, and other actuarial teams to support business objectives.
