The Activations & On-Ground Engagement Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support business objectives. This role will oversee end-to-end event management, stakeholder engagement, budget management, and performance tracking while ensuring high-quality brand execution across all initiatives.
You will be responsible for the following:
Develop and execute strategic events and activations plans aligned with brand and business goals
Introduce innovative and engaging event concepts and experiential marketing initiatives
Lead and manage the events team, promoting collaboration, creativity, and high performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners
Work closely with senior leaders to align event initiatives with overall company objectives
Oversee planning and execution of events such as product launches, regional campaigns, and VIP experiences
Manage event logistics and ensure smooth and high-quality execution
Handle annual events budget, resource allocation, and cost optimization
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively
Track and analyze event performance through KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement
We are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in events and activations management
Experience in an events agency is an advantage
Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and storytelling skills
Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience handling large-scale events, campaigns, and brand activations
Proficient in event management tools and reporting
