The Role

As the Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will plan, execute, and optimize customer acquisition campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive business growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage multi-channel campaigns and deliver effective marketing strategies.
 

In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop & Execute Acquisition Strategies: Create targeted marketing plans designed to attract and engage new customers.

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital and traditional campaigns, ensuring they meet defined performance and compliance standards.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams to develop compelling marketing offers while ensuring regulatory adherence.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize campaigns.

  • Budget Oversight: Manage allocated marketing budgets to ensure effective resource use and cost-efficient campaign execution.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
     

Ideally, we’re looking for someone:

  • What capabilities does the employee need to succeed in this opportunity?

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

  • Has 5+ years of experience in acquisition marketing or related roles with a proven track record in campaign execution and performance analysis.

  • Demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Excels at collaborating in a team environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Possessesv a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

  • Has a Google Marketing Platform certification (plus but not mandatory).

  • Proven experience partnering with digital agencies to develop and optimize innovative marketing campaigns is highly valued.
