Investigate scam and fraud claims, assess transaction patterns and customer circumstances, and deliver fair, compliant outcomes. Support vulnerable customers experiencing hardship, maintain thorough case documentation, identify emerging scam risks, and collaborate with fraud, risk, complaints, analytics, hardship, and external teams. Contribute to scam prevention insights, process improvements, training materials, and customer remediation while handling sensitive conversations with empathy and sound judgment.

Manage onboarding, enablement, and ongoing relationships with newly acquired partners. Drive partner portfolio growth through optimization, campaigns, re-engagement, QBRs, and day-to-day relationship management. Identify and support enterprise interest-free finance opportunities valued at $2M+, managing the end-to-end sales cycle with internal finance, legal, compliance, risk, and marketing teams.

Leads hands-on delivery and operations for scalable data platforms, pipelines, and data products. Translates architecture into secure solutions, enforces engineering and DevSecOps standards, supports development and production reliability, and leads incident resolution. Provides technical direction to distributed engineers, reviews designs and code, coaches team members, and advances platform interoperability, governance, observability, automation, and cloud transformation initiatives.

Develop and deploy credit risk, IFRS 9 provisioning, forecasting, stress-testing, and emerging-risk models. Responsibilities include sourcing and validating data, researching explainable modeling techniques, monitoring model performance, maintaining governance standards, conducting ad hoc analytics, and communicating insights to business stakeholders. The role requires collaboration, commercial acumen, timely delivery, and familiarity with traditional statistical models, machine learning, AI tools, and the consumer credit lifecycle.

Lead end-to-end B2B and direct-to-customer marketing campaigns across AU/NZ: strategy, creative, execution, analytics, stakeholder and agency management, compliance, and process improvements to drive partner and customer engagement for a credit card product.
